You will develop team members, coordinate with quality, maintenance and engineering, conduct coaching, apply TBP and STW audits, and present to leadership. Overnight shifts and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: 2-year College degree in leadership, business, manufacturing, engineering, or related technical field.
