Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing Inc is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Team Lead to join our evolving team. Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate team activities, delegate work, manage inventory, enforce policies, and train associates to drive growth.

Key duties include coaching safety and productivity, maintaining attendance records, planning daily scheduling, and ensuring the line runs safely and produces quality product.

Qualifications

• Leads a manufacturing team with a focus on safety, quality and productivity.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinates daily scheduling with supervision and supply chain input.
• Trains and develops associates across stations in the area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coach safety, quality and productivity to meet objectives via standardized work.
• Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain time and attendance records; monitor staffing levels.
• Provide input for performance appraisals.
• Conduct safety observations and toolbox talks to identify risks.
• Ensure line runs safely, smoothly and produces quality product.
• Be responsible for production output and product quality.
• Plan, organize, direct and run daily operations to exceed customer expectations.
• Create daily scheduling in partnership with Supervisor using weekly Supply Chain plan.
• Coordinate with maintenance/engineering/metrology to keep equipment in safe, efficient condition.
• Engage in problem solving and troubleshooting for process equipment and product performance.
