Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. seeks a Production Team Lead HS1 for 1st shift in Hillside, IL. The role leads daily assembly-line activities, manages inventory, enforces safety and quality standards, and trains associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Proven training ability.

Responsibilities

• Coach safety, quality and productivity to meet objectives.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain time and attendance records and monitor staffing.
• Provide input for performance appraisals.
• Perform safety observations and tool box talks.
• Ensure line runs safely and produces quality product.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations and scheduling with Supervisor.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering and metrology to keep equipment in good condition.
• Engage in problem solving and troubleshooting for process equipment and product performance.
