LEGO Group is hiring a Production Supervisor for the Virginia operation. The role focuses on supporting prepack line operators, removing blockers, and ensuring safety, quality and production targets are met.

You will work with the Prepack Supervisor to drive continuous improvement, uphold GMP standards, participate in safety investigations, and manage daily production planning and labor tracking with a goal of efficient line operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Production, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent manufacturing experience may be considered.
• 2-4 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience coordinating or supervising production teams (minimum 40 hourly employees).
• Strong knowledge of GMP and safety standards in a production environment.
• Ability to monitor and drive team performance using production KPIs such as safety, quality, output, and downtime.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to coordinate daily production activities and assign tasks to ensure smooth line operations.

Responsabilités

• Main support to prepack line operators, removing roadblocks to achieve goals.
• Collaboration with Prepack Supervisor and line operators to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Promote safety and ensure integrity through security processes and tools (LOTO, Stop/Call & Wait, evacuation drills).
• Execute escalation processes with leaders and support areas.
• Solve problems through root cause analysis and implement improvements.
• Support safety investigations and incident management.
