Job summary

The LEGO Group invites a production-oriented professional to support prepack line operations at our Chester, VA site. You will work closely with supervisors and line operators to ensure safety, quality and production targets are met while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include handling escalations, root-cause analyses, safety investigations, and maintaining production plans. A strong GMP background and effective communication are essential, with hybrid work where

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and safety standards in production.
• Ability to monitor and drive team performance using KPIs (safety, quality, output, downtime).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills including root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support prepack line operators and remove roadblocks to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Prepack Supervisor and line operators to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Promote and ensure safety, quality, and production standards and conduct safety processes.
• Execute escalation processes with leaders and support areas.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support safety investigations and incident management; follow-up actions.
• Maintain production plan fulfillment and optimize resources; track hourly performance.
