Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking a Team Leader to coordinate materials, labor, and resources to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will provide direction on the shop floor and reinforce safe, efficient, and quality-focused work habits.

Join us to lead by example in safety, productivity, and 5S, while partnering with the area supervisor to remove obstacles and drive daily improvements for efficient operations at our Dubuque facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least five years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Support the department supervisor in achieving daily production goals by communicating production needs and coordinating materials, labor, and resources
• Provide work direction and support to production employees in the assigned work zone
• Lead by example in safety, quality, productivity, and 5S, while actively identifying opportunities for daily improvement
