Job summary

Rite-Hite Environmental Enclosures Corporation is seeking a capable Team Leader to support daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will provide direction to employees, coordinate materials and labor, and reinforce safety, quality, and 5S practices to improve workflow.

You'll work closely with the area supervisor to remove obstacles and ensure targets are met safely and efficiently, contributing to a structured, productive, and value-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience leading teams and promoting safety, quality, and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in safety, quality, productivity, and 5S.
• Provide work direction and support to production employees.
• Coordinate materials, labor, and resources to meet daily goals.
• Identify opportunities for daily improvement and remove obstacles.
