Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to support the Shift Supervisor in day-to-day operations, oversee a team on a production line, ensure safety and quality, and keep production targets on track.

This on-site role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and forklift certification; physical requirements and noise exposure noted; potential for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience with progressive responsibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing/distribution setting is preferred.
• On-site QA certification and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety guidelines are followed (PPE, cleanliness, clear work areas).
• Supervise team members, manage workloads, and track performance against goals.
• Coordinate production schedule for each shift, including line changes.
• Train and coach personnel; ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Print bundle labels and set up routers; manage lunches and breaks.
• Holds people accountable and communicates corrective actions to management.
• Assist in shift hand-offs and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed.
• Operate in a factory setting with exposure to noise and weather as specified.
