Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor (Construction) to direct production operations and uphold company policies. You will oversee all production employees, manage safety, quality, and efficiency, and report performance and issues to site leadership.

Minimum 4 years in manufacturing with 2 years in supervision; strong communication, MS Office skills, and ability to work in extreme conditions are required. EOE/Disability/Vet.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees and equipment during 2nd shift.
• Report production metrics accurately and timely.
• Conduct daily shift huddles and communicate safety/quality issues.
• Lead safety programs, Lock Out Tag Out, and CPM compliance.
• Assist with inventory of finished goods and raw materials.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and enforce plant policies.
