Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews up to 50 employees and ensures adequate training for all line staff.
• Trains and verifies team leader and personnel duties.
• Coaches, counsels, and documents performance (PIAs).
• Assigns personnel to work teams and tasks.
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of production paperwork, fruit usage, and reject paperwork.
• Verifies employee documents and timekeeping.
• Reports unsafe or unusual conditions to Supervisor.
• Promotes continuous process improvement and waste reduction.
