Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a production team lead to oversee a crew, ensuring quality output and strict adherence to safety standards across our manufacturing processes.

You will balance team and individual responsibilities, implement 5S, and report daily production metrics while maintaining clear communication with department supervisors in a collaborative work environment. Strong attendance and a readiness to use basic tools are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team preferred.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Team-oriented environment required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.
• Willingness to present information to team and leadership.
• Good attendance and positive attitude required.
• Ability to read a tape measure; other tools a plus.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Balance team and individual responsibilities.
• Implement and maintain 5S.
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit and guide others.
• Examine and inspect completed product.
• Complete all daily production reporting.
• Ensure quality and safety procedures are followed.
• Communicate with department supervisors to resolve problems and report performances.
