Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team at the Lebanon, TN plant. The role focuses on safe, incident-free production while driving productivity, quality, and continuous improvement for a team of about 20 employees.

The supervisor will coach staff, manage shift schedules, and partner with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to optimize operations and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical skills such as percentages and volumes.
• Work environment includes plant with variable temperatures and noise.
• Strong leadership, safety and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace and promote a safety mindset.
• Supervise and schedule full-time and temporary staff.
• Provide coaching and corrective feedback; administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews for team members.
• Foster team development, problem-solving and skill growth.
• Maintain process documentation and training for consistency and safety.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to improve quality and efficiencies.
• Monitor productivity and manage costs using lean manufacturing principles.
• Ensure inventory procedures maintain accurate counts.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
