Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum work experience in production and/or past leadership experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing instructions, product blueprints, and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot products within strict adherence to quality system guidelines (QS procedures, specs, drawings).
• Schedule and facilitate manufacture of product per leadership directives, including physical processing.
• Document work activities following stated procedures.
• Attend meetings to discuss future business practices and continuous improvement (SQDC, GEMBA, BU).
• Operate and maintain a safe, clean workstation per 6S standards.
