You will champion safety, mentor associates, and drive quality and production standards while upholding a culture of fairness and inclusion. You will coordinate with shifts, optimize workflows, and coach staff to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain Forklift License.
• LOTO certifications for the respective area.
• Certification in all jobs of the respective area.
• Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture by creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for associates.
• Build and maintain relationships with associates and support groups through strong listening and communication skills.
• Be flexible in a fast-paced environment and readily adapt to changing directions.
• Provide proactive coaching for safety, quality, performance, and behavior concerns with follow-up.
• Play an active role in daily huddles and coordinate production activities.
• Understand and communicate the production schedule, initiating adjustments as needed.
• Ensure housekeeping, scrap reduction, and troubleshooting for downtime or quality issues.
• Document scrap and RTV materials and remove them physically and electronically.
• Complete Work Instruction certification for all respective areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
