Tandem Foods in Bloomington, CA, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead all production operations on an assigned shift, driving Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Employee Engagement. The role oversees production from mixing through packaging, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will lead daily activities, develop teams, and coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure staffing, safety, and performance

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams on a shift basis in food manufacturing.
• Ability to enforce safety, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Strong problem solving and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities from mixing to packaging, ensuring quality.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams across production lines.
• Direct Supervisors and Leads on staffing, safety, and performance.
• Maintain standard work and proper tool/resource allocation.
• Coordinate with HR to fill open positions in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase line efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate production records and shift communications.
• Support risk mitigation during changeovers and staffing.
