Dal-Tile, the largest tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, is seeking a Supervisor Production to lead a manufacturing team and optimize processes while upholding safety. This entry-level leadership role involves scheduling, addressing downtime, training, and collaborating with other departments.

You will monitor performance, maintain records, and contribute to quality and efficiency on a high-traffic production floor.

Competenze

• 4–6 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2 years of management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise department manufacturing across one or more shifts to meet production schedules.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Schedule personnel and assign work to meet production requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure adherence to priorities for production workflow and safety procedures.
• Develop and monitor performance measures and continuously improve employees and production.
• Maintain shift reports and timekeeping records (Kronos).
• Provide feedback, training, and development for employees.
