Dal-Tile, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, seeks a Supervisor Production to lead a manufacturing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and schedule adherence on multiple shifts.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, and collaborate across departments to maintain quality and efficiency in a high-traffic plant environment with potential flexible hours.

Competenze

• 4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise department manufacturing functions across one or more shifts and ensure production orders/schedules are met.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Schedule personnel and assign work to meet production requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure adherence to priorities for production workflow and communicate policies and standards.
