Job summary

SoundOff Signal is seeking a Team Lead (SMT) to guide a manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on developing personnel, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Two (2) to four (4) years electronics experience.
One (1) year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the team to meet department goals and maintain a one-team approach.
Motivate, develop, and direct personnel; identify the best people for the job.
