Job summary

SoundOff Signal is seeking a Production Operator IV in Michigan to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency while leading team members and mentoring new hires. This role requires proficiency in operating department equipment, auditing performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work four 10-hour shifts (Mon-Thu 5:00am-3:00pm) with occasional overtime, reporting KPIs during GEMBA walks, and supporting the Team Lead with daily tasks in a fast-paced, low-noise
