Job summary

Responsibilities

• Organizes line workload and staffing for assembly operations based on product priority.
• Coordinates with Assembly Line Supervisor and optimizes changeover times.
• Monitors CIQ system to fix repetitive and recognized problems promptly.
• Minimizes excess material on floor and ensures proper stockage of supplies and equipment.
• Verifies documentation is accurate, current, and authorized.
• Informs employees of deviations or changes and communicates recommendations to supervision.
• Drives continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.
• Ensures line personnel are trained, certified, and performing their functions.
• Provides timely feedback to motivate and develop the team.
• Tracks production and ensures deadlines and schedules are met.
• Ensures policies and procedures are read and adhered to.
