Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a production leadership role within manufacturing.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop teams of 10+ operators.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving with root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operators to meet daily output, quality, and safety targets.
• Plan and coordinate shift schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to optimize production flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Monitor key production KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions in real time.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all production activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
