Job summary

Grundfos in Brookshire, TX is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide daily warehouse operations, train a dedicated team, and ensure smooth material flow for production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and work on-site at Brookshire, with a strong emphasis on safety and process excellence.

Your responsibilities include leading production-order pulls, staging, and shortages communication; coaching the team; maintaining cycle counts and 5S; and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6+ years warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in SAP for warehouse and logistics transactions.
• Experience operating forklifts and lifting equipment safely.
• Strong English communication; ability to lead and train a team.
• Experience with crane lift rigging operations (plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including pulling production orders and staging parts for assembly and machine shop areas.
• Train, motivate, and prioritize work for warehouse team members; lead Daily Action Meetings.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper stocking procedures.
• Champion 5S standards and maintain a safe, organized work environment with EHS compliance.
• Identify and implement cost reduction measures across logistics SAP transactions and warehouse activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to allocate resources, manage attendance and PTO, and enter requisitions for consumables and tools.
