Legrand is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Lighting & Controls division in Richardson, TX. You will supervise all production operations in designated departments, plan workloads, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the team.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a technical field or business, 5+ years in production, 2+ years in leadership, and LEAN experience; SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus. Join a global company delivering innovative building solutions.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. degree in business or technical discipline.
• Minimum five years in a production environment.
• Minimum of two years effectively leading others.
• Minimum 1-year LEAN manufacturing experience.

• Maintain uninterrupted production flow and economical product output.
• Educate employees on safe working processes and environmental health/safety.
• Provide leadership for quality and a total quality environment.
• Promote cross training and continuous improvement for flexibility.
• Plan and control manpower, machines and resources to meet standards.
• Ensure equipment/tools are routinely maintained and the area is clean and safe.
• Perform other similar duties as required.
