Escape Climbing, Llc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee a fast-paced shop, align production with growth, and support the fulfillment side of the business. The role requires hands-on leadership to ship quality orders on time with good margins and to foster team growth.

The ideal candidate will understand production, safety, and interdepartmental coordination while driving LEAN initiatives and maintaining documentation for SOPs, policies, and job descriptions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or manufacturing field.
• Experience in shipping and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality control standards.
• Ensure operational smoothness (safety, personnel, margins).
• Coordinate effective interdepartmental communication.
• Lead, develop, and coach the team.
• Organize and align departments for efficiency.
• Foster a culture of LEAN manufacturing.
• Ensure procedures are carried out and documented.
• Maintain employee handbook, safety policies, SOPs, contracts, and job descriptions.
• Track labor percent and margins, oversee hiring and training.
• Conduct employee reviews and performance assessments.
• Manage purchasing and resource allocation.
• Ensure regular maintenance and 3S activities.
