Job summary

E-ONE, a Terex company in Florida, is seeking a Team Leader for our production cell. You will translate company goals into daily tasks, monitor takt times, delegate work, and mentor team members to improve productivity and safety.

You will partner with the Production Supervisor and other departments to implement lean tools, maintain 5S, and drive continuous improvement across the cell while ensuring quality and on-time output.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must meet Level II or III requirements.
• Recent work experience within last 5 years.
• No written corrective action in last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals into actionable tasks and monitor KPIs.
• Delegate work based on team strengths and takt time needs.
• Coach, mentor, and conduct performance discussions.
• Monitor cell performance and report variances to supervision.
• Lead continuous improvement and maintain 5S in assigned area.
