Job summary

Drive continuous improvement with visual management, 5S, and standard work; coordinate with supervisors; support training to grow team capabilities and ensure timely product completion.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Must meet Level II or III qualifications.
• At least 5 years work experience in a related manufacturing role.
• Demonstrated history of high-quality work and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals into daily tasks and monitor KPIs.
• Delegate tasks based on team strengths and development goals.
• Coach and mentor staff; participate in performance reviews.
• Track cell performance against takt time and update supervisor.
• Resolve issues and provide rapid technical support as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement and ensure 5S and Lean practices.
