Job summary

You will coach, mentor, and monitor performance, apply lean tools such as 5S, Visual Management, and standard work, and coordinate with the Production Supervisor to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Excellent communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading production teams in a lean manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to apply lean tools (5S, Visual Management, standard work) to improve throughput.

Responsibilities

• Translate broader company goals into actionable daily tasks and monitor KPIs.
• Delegate tasks based on team strengths and monitor productivity to meet takt time.
