Qualifications

• 2–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• ERP systems and production scheduling experience.
• Lean manufacturing methodologies exposure.
• Experience in precision manufacturing or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safety-first culture across manufacturing operations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Prioritize work, allocate resources, and coordinate with supporting departments to maintain flow.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate status, risks, and recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions, inventory records, and production documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement actions to improve productivity and reliability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and employee development.
• Partner with leadership and HR on performance management and staffing.
