JBS Foods in Denver seeks an experienced Sanitation Operations Manager to supervise daily sanitation activities, enforce safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on participation, strong leadership, and effective communication to train personnel and optimize sanitation processes in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in hands-on sanitation operations in manufacturing or food processing.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations and industry best practices.
• Spanish bilingual highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Hands-on approach with willingness to participate in sanitation activities as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and develop employees.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

• Oversee sanitation operations and ensure compliance with procedures and schedules.
• Inspect sanitation conditions and implement corrective actions.
• Lead by example to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Develop and update sanitation protocols with the Superintendent.
• Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
