Qualifications

• Ability to work in a distribution center, including overtime and holidays.
• Experience with budgeting, payroll, and timekeeping processes preferred.
• BS/BA degree and leadership experience in apparel distribution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead department teams across shifts to meet daily goals and KPI targets.
• Foster Carter's culture, coach performance, and address concerns with HR involvement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, safety, and quality standards within the facility.
• Plan daily/weekly workload, optimize resources, and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement.
