Job summary

Hormel Foods seeks a Production Supervisor/Team Leader in Osceola, IA to train and manage a 15+ person team on food manufacturing processes, driving safety, quality and on-time production. Expect weekend work and extended hours as needed.

You will begin on 2nd or 3rd shift with six weeks of hands-on training, then move to 2nd shift after training. A Bachelor's degree with a 3.0+ GPA is required, along with U.S. work authorization and willingness to relocate.
