Job summary

You will supervise day-to-day production, coach staff, monitor quality, ensure tools and equipment are available, and help drive continuous improvement to keep lines moving and defects low.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years in manufacturing.
• Previous Team Leader experience.
• Must meet attendance expectations.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote understanding of company vision and goals.
• Create and maintain positive morale among team members.
• Ensure proper tools and equipment are available for work.
• Address defects and return products to correct location.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with material handling.
• Assist teammates to keep production lines moving.
• Ensure equipment and workstations are cleaned daily.
• Coach members in processes to ensure standards.
• Meet daily production goals via continuous improvement.
• Provide solutions for production issues and changes.
• Communicate expectations and performance clearly.
• Provide daily production data and reports.
• Seek improvement opportunities in safety, quality, cost, delivery.
• Participate in team and safety meetings.
