Mobis Alabama LLC is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to manage daily operations including receiving, put-away, picking, sorting, and shipping. The role ensures a smooth, safe, and efficient workflow with 5S discipline and strong team leadership on the warehouse floor.

The position requires coordinating with team members, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coaching staff to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment. On-site work and overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Requires basic computer skills for tracking and reporting.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to make good decisions and take decisive action in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• PIV experience with forklift and high-reach equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including Receiving, Put-Away, Picking, Sorting, and Shipping.
• Ensure team members have tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
• Coach and guide team members, conducting on-the-job training as needed.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Material Handling.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and drive safety in the workplace.
• Lead meetings and communicate expectations and changes to staff.
• Support company values and achieve production goals through teamwork.
• Ensure operations meet specifications and quality standards.
