Job summary

You will assign tasks, monitor performance, and liaise between workers and management to sustain high output and smooth communication on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office programs and in desktop and mobile technology.
• Ability to give directions to team members.
• Have good time management skills; possess strong interpersonal skills to relate with all members of the team.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members and give specific directions and procedures to follow.
• Monitor team members in the course of their work and ensure that they comply with the standards of operations.
• Ensuring production efficiency and quality.
• Motivate workers to enhance production quantity and at the same time maintain high production standards.
• Works as middleman between workers and management to create healthy communication.
