Job summary

Responsibilities include leading safety talks, conducting audits, maintaining boards and schedules, coordinating with maintenance, and guiding kaizen events to reduce waste and improve productivity. 1–3 years leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated integrity and safe work practices are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven leadership of a diverse team for 1–3 years.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a multilingual population.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse production team to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
• Monitor progress, train employees, and communicate goals and procedure changes.
• Lead safety toolbox talks and participate in safety meetings and kaizen events.
• Maintain and update LDM boards, hour-by-hour performance, and work orders.
• Review schedules for on-time delivery and coordinate with Maintenance for uptime.
• Assign daily tasks, manage rework and scrap, and track inventory data.
• Support training development for team members and continuous improvement.
