Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead safety toolbox talks and plant safety meetings.
• Maintain and update production boards and metrics hour by hour.
• Schedule work-centers and coordinate with Maintenance for uptime.
• Assign tasks to operators and manage rework and scrap processes.
• Coach team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
