Job summary

Element Solutions, including MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach teams, drive performance, coordinate staffing with production schedules, enforce policies, and collaborate across Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven manufacturing, production, or operations leadership experience.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality systems required.
• Strong communication and team development abilities.
• Lean principles and continuous improvement mindset preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, efficiency and quality.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor workflow to align staffing with production schedules.
• Enforce safety policies, EHS standards, quality requirements and compliance.
• Drive KPI monitoring, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coach and develop team members, manage performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams.
• Document production activities and complete shift reports.
