Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow through department to meet production schedule.
• Meet daily production goals in quantity and quality.
• Utilize production methods that reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Adhere to standards of performance and report shortfalls to supervisor.
• Maintain equipment using TPM or similar methods.
• Lead and participate in shift turnover and team communications.
• Schedule alignment with Shared Resources, Central Stores, Tool Room, and Maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, labor reporting, and process controls.
• Identify training needs and train operators using one-on-one methods.
• Promote safety through 5S and strict safety policy adherence.
