Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow to meet production schedules.
• Maintain daily production goals in quantity and quality.
• Use production methods to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Observe and report shortfalls to supervisor.
• Ensure equipment maintenance via TPM or equivalent methods.
• Lead and uphold company values; promote teamwork.
• Communicate with peers, superiors, customers and suppliers.
• Schedule alignment with Shared Resources, Central Stores, Tool Room, and Maintenance.
• Adhere to work instructions, labor reporting, visual controls, and audits.
• Train operators through one-on-one training methods.
• Maintain a safe work environment following 5S and safety rules.
