Ideal candidates have 0–5 years of supervisory experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 20+ production staff.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Ability to communicate effectively with frontline staff and leadership.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people by coaching and setting expectations for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Drive and execute daily production plans to meet customer and operational targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and address gaps proactively.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and Plant Coordinator to anticipate needs and drive results.
• Administrative leadership including timekeeping, overtime, and payroll adjustments.
