Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent professional experience.
• 0–5 years of professional work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, internships, projects, athletics, military service, or early career roles.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both frontline employees and leadership.
• High level of ownership, initiative, and learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people by supervising 20+ production associates.
• Drive daily production plans to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Enforce safety and compliance with OSHA standards and internal policies.
• Investigate deviations and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Administer timekeeping, payroll adjustments, and cross-shift communications.
