Job summary

Monroechamber is seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to oversee daily production activities on the 1st shift (5:00am - 5:00pm) in Spring, TX. You will coordinate staffing with the Shift Supervisor and Foreman, assign operators, and drive quality, safety, and productivity goals.

You will lead and support team members, monitor output, prepare production reports, manage inventory, and address equipment issues.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English or Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor and Foreman to meet daily production requirements
• Assign and reassign operators as needed throughout the shift
• Lead and support production team members to ensure production goals are achieved
• Monitor production activities and verify product quality standards
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
• Monitor inventory levels of production-related supplies
• Identify equipment issues and submit maintenance requests as needed
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a safe work environment
• Operate a forklift, if certified and authorized

Hours: 5:00am - 5:00pm (6 Days/Week - Rotating Day Off)
