  • Conduct employee coaching, performance feedback, and development activities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate production records and communicate operational updates to management.

Position Summary

The Production Team Lead is responsible for leading and supporting production associates to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role oversees daily production activities, maintains workplace organization, enforces company standards and procedures, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong communication, problem‑solving, and team development skills.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Team Lead, Production Supervisor, or similar leadership role preferred.
