This role is responsible for the precise assembly of high-frequency drive systems and related subassemblies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing or electronics assembly experience, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation. The Production Technical Lead will play an important role in ensuring production work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining established quality standards.

Work Environment
