Job summary

JPC Partners is seeking a System Support Analyst to join the IT Operations Center (ITOC). The analyst will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents to protect production systems and services.

Responsibilities include real-time monitoring, escalation when needed, documenting incidents, and providing thorough turnover to ensure continuity across shifts. Strong diagnostic, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across hardware, software, infrastructure, and application domains.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking under pressure.
• Experience responding to production incidents in mission-critical environments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities and communicate clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the production technology environment using enterprise monitoring and management tools.
• Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve operational incidents and technology issues promptly.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate support teams and SMEs while maintaining ownership of resolution efforts.
• Execute operational procedures, recovery activities, and corrective actions to restore service and minimize impact.
• Coordinate with IT support groups, infrastructure teams, application support teams, business stakeholders, and external partners during incident response.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation, operational records, and shift logs.
• Communicate system status, incident updates, and operational concerns to leadership and support teams.
• Conduct detailed shift turnover briefings to ensure seamless transition and awareness of ongoing activities, incidents, and risks.
