Job summary

Bodycote in North Clarendon, VT seeks a Production Support Technician to assist thermal spray booth operations, pre- and post-processing of coated parts, and data recording. You will help maintain quality and safety standards in a heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities include preparing parts, masking, grit blasting, measuring quality, and coordinating with supervision to keep the production schedule on track. Prior production experience is preferred and ITAR compliance is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizens or permanent residents required by ITAR.
• High school diploma required.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.
• Good communication with team members and management.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for customer inventory and perform duties safely to prevent loss or damage.
• Prepare parts for processing by masking and grit blasting per job folder.
• Detail parts post processing per specifications in job folder.
• Perform all required quality measurements and data verification.
• Accurately note quality and processing data in a timely manner.
• Support booth operations by maintaining tooling and staging supplies.
• Communicate priorities with the production supervisor to support the schedule.
• Assist supervisor in developing processes to improve operations.
• Strictly observe all environmental, health and safety policy requirements.
