Job summary

Bodycote in North Clarendon, VT is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee surface technology operations under the Production Manager. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery while driving process improvements.

This safety-sensitive role requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, and leadership experience. OT, forklift certification, and ITAR compliance knowledge are relevant; Bodycote offers a 401k match and health plans for employees and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience in a similar industry.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.
• Overtime or any shift may be required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident for ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department and process to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Provide process improvements and recommendations for efficiency.
• Instruct and direct work activities of department employees.
• Train and develop associates and conduct performance reviews.
