The role emphasizes attention to detail, quality checks, and collaboration with supervision to maintain production schedules. Prior production experience is a plus in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• ITAR compliance: candidates must be U.S. Citizens or permanent residents.
• High School diploma required.
• Experience with detailed manual operations preferred.
• Organized and accurate documentation skills.
• Good communication with co-workers and management.
• Self-motivated and able to make decisions based on priorities.
• Production environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for customer inventory and perform safety-conscious duties.
• Prepare parts for processing by masking and grit blasting per instructions.
• Detail parts post processing according to specifications.
• Perform quality measurements and verifications.
• Accurately record quality and processing data.
• Support booth operations by maintaining tooling and staging supplies.
• Communicate priorities to production supervisor and technicians.
• Assist supervisor in developing processes to improve operations.
• Comply with environmental, health and safety policies.
• Keep work area neat and organized and wear PPE as required.
• Report safety events or near misses immediately.
