Job summary

Bank of America’s Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) team is seeking a production support specialist to ensure the stability of the live test environment, resolve incidents, monitor system health, and manage passwords. This role develops models, testing scripts, and analytical tools to provide timely insights into operational health.

You will work with process owners to understand data, processes, and controls, identify risks, and design effective tests to ensure compliance with laws, rules,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative/tech field or equivalent work experience.
• Solid experience with SAS, UNIX/Linux, and batch scheduling tools.
• Strong programming and data analysis skills; familiarity with Python, Java, Spark, R, and YAML.

Responsibilities
