Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Production Support Specialist within Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) to ensure the stability of live test production environments, resolve incidents, monitor system health, manage passwords, and perform root cause analysis to prevent repeats.

You will develop models, analytical tools, and testing scripts to provide timely, actionable insights into operational health of processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, CS, Statistics, OR equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Embodies EIT core skills: critical thinking, decisiveness, enterprise mindset, proactivity, project management, risk management, adaptability.
• Partners effectively with process and data owners in FLUs/CFs, risk managers, GCOR, and cross-functional EIT teams.
• Uses methodology outputs to drive process improvements and timely detection of errors.
• Communicates results to senior stakeholders, auditors and regulators clearly.
• Applies experience in process and operational excellence.
